I think the guy is just having a joke, because most of his comments could be related to the US also.
As a person who has been many times to the US and 4 times to Philipines, I would choose Philipines everytime.
the only thing I agree with is the CR, I dont like but hey, make adjustments in an other country.
The guy should do a post on why america is turning into the toilet of the world.
I have seen street beggars in new york and LA, so the guy is just taking the piss.
